WARRANTY
ONE YEAR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE----we are certain you'll be completely satisfied with your CycloVac central vacuum system. For one year following the date of purchase, if the vacuum unit does not meet your expectations, return it to your local service center for a complete refund or credit towards the purchase of an upgraded CycloVac model. This warranty applies only to the vacuum power unit, for domestic use.
Your CycloVac System is protected by a lifetime warranty. We guarantee that the unit canister and dirt receptacle will be exempt of any material or manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid from the date of purchase, for as long as you are the original owner, and the system remains at its original place of installation.
The motors and electrical components of our machines are entirely guaranteed for a period of 10 years. Plugged In will repair or replace (at CycloVac's discretion) the defective part or parts for a period of 10 years. Depending on the size of the central vacuum system installed, the machines may have up to a 15 year warranty.
In order to maintain your warranty, all repairs must be made with Plugged In, an authorized CycloVac service center, with original CycloVac or Trovac parts.
This warranty excludes: normal wear and tear on certain parts such as filters, damages caused (according to CycloVac) by abusive use, (extra drywall dust, water, etc.) commercial use, the lack of appropriate maintenance, inadequate installations, negligence, natural disasters, and accidents.
All CycloVac accessories are guaranteed for three years, subject to certain conditions. If during this three year period, an accessory presents a manufacturing defect, return it to Plugged In and we will repair or replace the part according to the conditions of this warranty. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear of components such as: belts, brushes, rollers and their components and is voided by abusive use. It is valid only for normal domestic use. Service calls, trips charges, shipping and labor are not covered under warranty.
